Bugatti's post-Chiron statement abandons turbochargers for a naturally aspirated V16 that revs to 9,000 rpm, wrapped around a cabin whose instruments are machined like a mechanical watch. Three electric motors fill every gap the engine leaves. It is the last analogue-feeling Bugatti and the first genuinely hybrid one.
